Short Film Script Competition
London Iranian Film Festival, is pleased to be hosting its first Short Film Script Competition. As part of the 2013 Film Festival, the script competition’s focus is on independent short film screenplays. Screenwriters are invited to submit their short film scripts (in particular unconventional story ideas) to the competition where they compete for the best script of the festival. When to Submit?

A panel of notable industry professionals conducts the final judging.

Short Film Script Competition

As part of the 2012 Film Festival, the script competition’s focus is on independent short film screenplays. Screenwriters are invited to submit their short film scripts (in particular unconventional story ideas) to the competition where they compete for the best script of the festival.
Short Film Script Submission Guidlines:
Entries are open to all amateur and professional screen writers, without limitation of geographical origin.
There are no age restrictions.
The script could be in Farsi or English language.
All submissions are free of charge.
London Iranian Film Festival will consider all entries with consistent Iranian elements, which explores Iran, Iranian culture or Iranian people.
A maximum of 5 entries per person will be accepted.
Short Film Scripts submitted should be no longer than 40 pages (roughly 30 minutes in length).
